Vivation

Vivation is said to be the skill of happiness. It is the most pleasurable of all alternative medical practices. Who doesn't want to be happy? The primary goal in vivation is to help you add or enhance joy, peace, and happiness in your life. This particular practice can bring you out of depression or simply cause you to overflow with exuberance for living.

Vivation takes the basic principles of yoga, modern breathwork, and meditation, and blends them together into a powerful method of emotional healing. For many people, this practice has helped them heal from devastating emotional trauma, bringing them up to a level of joy, peace, and happiness beyond their highest expectations.

Jim Leonard created this method of emotional healing in 1979 using the principles of Kriya Yoga, Tantra, and Rebirthing. Vivation is a feeling based type of meditation.

With Vivation techniques, you concentrate on all of your feelings. You are able to bypass thoughts, as there is no need to quiet the mind. This method of emotional healing helps you realize the truth about your feelings and allows you to experience emotions honestly and unconditionally.
