Vivation Part 2

The goal of Vivation is integration. Integration meaning that you have come to embrace your feelings and understand reality in a way that brings liberation and healing to your emotions. This, in turn, helps you live a more satisfying life in awareness of the feelings and sensations all around you.

Vivation is consists of five elements. These five elements are practiced together, each building up to the next. The five elements are: circular breathing, complete relaxation, awareness in detail, integration into ecstasy, and do whatever you do - willingness is enough.

Moving through each of these steps, you teach yourself to experience life in the present. You learn to embrace your feelings and cast aside any negativity that has been associated with those feelings and experience the best emotions in life.

The benefits of vivation are seemingly endless. As cited by it's founder, Jim Leonard, vivation can reduce stress, aid in solving personal problems, help individuals deal with grief, depression, or turmoil, improves relationships, an aid in spiritual development, break bad habits and addictions, raises self-esteem, and helps you live life to it's fullest.

Vivation is the one CAM (Complementary Alternative Medicine) practice that has the greatest effect on the psychological issues that hold many people back from experiencing 'the good life.'
